DailyApps
DailyApps is an enterprise
“super-app” for XEFI field teams — a single
authenticated portal that bundles 13+ specialised modules
for daily operations: field interventions, attendance,
leave, carpooling, expenses, payslips, sales performance,
surveys and a company directory.
Built with Flutter on a modular, domain-driven architecture, DailyApps is offline-first (Hive plus encrypted SQLite), supports multi-environment builds and ships hot-patches through Shorebird without an app-store re-submission.
Each module is a self-contained mini-app behind one login. Bon-Inter lets field technicians plan and track interventions with geolocation, client profiles, equipment inventory and on-site survey forms; Émargement handles event attendance with QR check-in/out and captured signatures; Congés runs leave requests through an approval workflow and shared planning calendar; and Covoit matches carpools with maps, saved home/work locations and rider messaging.
The suite also covers back-office and commercial needs: NDF captures and validates expenses with ML-assisted document scanning, Livret delivers payslips and HR documents electronically, SalesUp gives sales teams live metrics and bonus tracking, the questionnaire builder supports conditional logic and offline responses, and a company directory adds team lookup with caller-ID integration.
Everything sits on a shared foundation: secure authentication through XEFI's global login kit with role-based access, real-time push notifications via Firebase, offline-first local storage, computer-vision tooling (QR and document scanning), and Sentry monitoring — engineered so field teams can keep working even with unreliable connectivity.
